About the Role

You will support commercial deal reviews from submission through approval, exception triage, and post-signature hygiene. You will partner with account executives, customer success managers, Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal to structure commercially sound deals. You will maintain accurate deal data, validate CPQ configurations, manage inbound cases, communicate decisions, meet service-level agreements, and help maintain commercial policies and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial finance at a B2B SaaS company
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Familiarity with CPQ systems such as DealHub or Salesforce CPQ
  • Working knowledge of ASC 606 or IFRS 15 revenue-recognition principles
  • Ability to build and interpret deal models in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Understanding of SaaS commercial mechanics including ARR, TCV, per-seat pricing, platform fees, and multi-year discounting
  • NAMER-based

Responsibilities

  • Review deal submissions for pricing-policy, discount-schedule, and approval-threshold compliance
  • Approve standard deals and route exceptions to senior reviewers
  • Support modelling of multi-year and multi-product ARR, TCV, and pricing scenarios
  • Identify commercial risks and escalate them for review
  • Triage exception requests and document supporting context
  • Maintain opportunity, pricing, and approval data integrity in Salesforce
  • Validate deal configurations in DealHub and escalate system issues
  • Flag deal structures that may create revenue-recognition complexity
  • Maintain Deal Desk playbooks, pricing references, and discount documentation
  • Serve as a first point of contact for standard commercial queries
  • Coordinate routine deal questions with Finance and Legal
  • Manage inbound deal desk cases, track status, and meet SLAs
  • Maintain deal-log accuracy and identify recurring approval patterns
  • Support rollout of commercial policies and enablement sessions
