About the Role
You will process purchase orders, track shipments, coordinate freight and customs clearance, maintain inventory records, review trade documentation, and verify invoices. You will work with suppliers, logistics providers, site managers, and project stakeholders to resolve delivery issues.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of global shipping standards, Incoterms, customs clearance, and freight coordination

Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders
- Track order acknowledgments for data center and compute hardware
- Coordinate international and domestic freight shipments
- Monitor transit schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, and site managers
- Resolve delivery delays, damage claims, and inventory discrepancies
- Maintain material, inventory, and serial-number records
- Review shipping and import-export documentation for compliance
- Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices
