About the Role
You will manage purchase orders, order tracking, production schedules, shipment timelines, and delivery exceptions. You will coordinate sea, air, and land freight, customs clearance, and import/export documentation. You will maintain shipment visibility, resolve delays, align procurement schedules with project needs, manage logistics providers, and prepare reports on orders, delivery performance, and risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of procurement, logistics, order management, or import/export operations experience
- Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance
- Experience managing purchase orders and end-to-end shipment tracking
- Knowledge of Incoterms, HS code classification, and customs documentation
- Experience with ERP, procurement, or order and logistics tracking systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage
- Communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and end-to-end order tracking
- Coordinate production schedules, shipment timelines, and delivery exceptions
- Coordinate inbound and outbound sea, air, and land shipments
- Manage freight booking, customs clearance, and import/export documentation
- Ensure compliance with import/export and trade requirements
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers
- Maintain shipment tracking and in-transit inventory visibility
- Coordinate procurement and delivery schedules with internal stakeholders
- Support logistics provider performance reviews and rate negotiations
- Maintain audit-ready procurement and logistics records
- Prepare reports on order status, shipment KPIs, delivery performance, delays, and risks
