About the Role
You will manage end-to-end silicon production planning from engineering builds through mass production. You will coordinate foundries, OSATs, test engineering, and suppliers; forecast demand and capacity; manage component logistics; and report production, inventory, and delivery performance. You will also prepare materials, test infrastructure, and logistics for production ramps.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of semiconductor supply chain management, production planning, or operations experience.
- Understanding of the silicon lifecycle, including tape-out, fabrication, packaging, test, bring-up, and validation.
- Experience working with foundries and OSATs.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Understanding of silicon manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, dicing, bumping, CoWoS packaging, and testing.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle and advanced Excel or analytics tools.
- Experience with hardware validation cycles and silicon hardware logistics.
- Program management, organizational, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules for silicon wafers, interposers, test, and assembly.
- Coordinate with foundries, OSATs, and internal stakeholders to meet production milestones and quality goals.
- Coordinate ATE test-program development, bring-up planning, and validation-hardware readiness.
- Track and forecast capacity across wafer fabrication, procurement, assembly, and test.
- Manage procurement, delivery, and scheduling of silicon components.
- Act as the operational lead between internal teams and suppliers.
- Prepare material readiness, test infrastructure, and logistics for mass-production ramps.
- Build demand forecasts for silicon and related components.
- Share forecasts with supply-chain partners and secure proactive capacity allocation.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on schedules, capacity, inventory, and delivery performance.
