About the Role
You will maintain supplier, tooling, cost, and capacity trackers for prototype builds. You will normalize supplier quotes, support vendor onboarding, prepare scorecard and quote-analysis materials, run the build kickoff readiness review, and document the handoff process.
Requirements
- Rising senior or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
- Graduation within one year
- Full-time availability from January through April 2027
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, lookups, and pivots
- Knowledge of SQL or Python
- Knowledge of bills of materials, supplier quotes, purchase orders, and tooling
- Written process documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain and refresh the sourcing status tracker weekly
- Track tooling and non-recurring engineering purchase orders and milestones
- Build cost baselines and next-build cost targets
- Track supplier capacity against build forecasts
- Support vendor onboarding by collecting required documents
- Prepare supplier scorecard data and quote-analysis packages
- Run the build kickoff readiness review and document the handoff
