About the Role
You will manage vendor onboarding, contracts, NDAs, DPAs, purchase orders, invoices, renewals, and marketing-budget tracking. You will work with Finance, Legal, Security, Procurement, and Partnerships; maintain auditable records; and automate intake, approvals, reminders, reporting, and vendor-management workflows.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, marketing operations, legal operations, or finance operations
- Experience automating work with workflow tools, Apps Script, Python, SQL, API integrations, Airtable, or Notion

Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding through contracting and purchase-order creation
- Automate purchase-order creation and code marketing POs correctly
- Administer marketing NDAs, DPAs, and commercial contracts
- Maintain a global audit of engaged vendors
- Create MDF request and reporting processes with the partnerships team
- Document approvals and maintain auditable contract records
- Track the monthly marketing budget
- Receipt invoices and resolve purchase-order and invoice queries
- Manage software and subscription renewals
- Coordinate Marketing with Finance, Legal, Security, and Procurement
- Automate intake, approval routing, reminders, register updates, and reporting
- Report on cycle time, contract coverage, and the renewal pipeline
