About the Role

You will run the deal desk, structure complex commercial agreements, guide pricing and discounting, manage approvals, and coordinate handoffs from quote to order. You will model deal economics, validate bookings, establish policies and workflows, and report on deal velocity, margins, discounts, and booking accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, or a related analytical role
• 3+ years in Deal Desk
• Experience structuring complex quotes, non-standard terms, and custom pricing
• Understanding of consumption-based, usage-based, and subscription pricing
• Financial modeling and analytical skills
• Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tooling

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day deal desk operations
• Review non-standard pricing, discounting, and contract terms
• Manage approval workflows and escalations
• Structure complex consumption, multi-year, and custom-priced deals
• Set discounting frameworks and commercial policies
• Build deal desk playbooks, pricing guidelines, and exception procedures
• Coordinate deal evaluation and quote-to-order handoffs
• Model deal profitability, margins, and discount impact
• Validate deal documentation for booking and revenue recognition
• Track deal cycle time, approval turnaround, deal quality, margins, and booking accuracy
