About the Role

You will write customer-conversation playbooks, scripts, frameworks, and guides. You will design and deliver live and self-serve training, analyze customer calls, turn account-health data into practical talk tracks, lead onboarding, assess skills, and maintain current enablement content.

Requirements

  • 10–12 years of combined experience in sales enablement, instructional design, or B2B SaaS training
  • Experience designing and delivering live training for customer-facing teams in person and virtually
  • Knowledge of value-selling methodology for renewals and retention
  • Written and spoken English skills and ability to create professional scripts and playbooks
  • Experience in SaaS renewals and customer success
  • Experience with AI writing and content tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, instructional design, education, or a related field
  • CPLP, CPTD, ADDIE, SAM, or enterprise sales methodology certification
  • Gainsight or Salesforce enablement certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Write call scripts, objection-handling playbooks, value-selling frameworks, QBR talk tracks, and churn-risk conversation guides
  • Design and deliver live and self-serve training programs
  • Analyze recorded customer calls to identify skill gaps and refine playbooks
  • Partner with BI and analytics to translate account-health and churn-risk data into practical talk tracks
  • Lead onboarding enablement and continuous skill-refresh sessions for customer success managers
  • Build certification or skills-assessment processes
  • Gather field feedback and iterate enablement content
  • Maintain a central repository of playbooks, battlecards, and training decks
