About the Role
You will create, review, and organize technical documentation, guidance, and standard operating procedures. You will help develop onboarding and training materials, capture information from subject matter experts, maintain knowledge resources, review content for quality, gather user feedback, and support project records and status tracking.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in a related field
- Written communication skills
- Ability to organize and present information for different audiences
- Attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to follow processes, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with colleagues
- Confidence using productivity, presentation, and collaboration tools
Responsibilities
- Create, review, and organize technical documentation, guidance, and standard operating procedures

- Organize content so users can find current guidance efficiently
- Prepare safety, compliance, and operational learning materials
- Review content for clarity, consistency, accuracy, accessibility, and usability
- Gather user feedback and identify improvements to documentation and training resources
- Maintain project records and assist with status updates and action tracking
