About the Role
You will write, test, and publish documentation for inference, fine-tuning, and GPU cluster products. You will work with engineers, product managers, and researchers, test documented features, file bugs, use Git and Mintlify documentation workflows, contribute release notes, and use analytics and feedback to improve content.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field
- Graduation in December 2027 or later
- Written communication skills
- Knowledge of Python or TypeScript
- Git source control knowledge
Responsibilities
- Write guides, tutorials, and reference content for inference, fine-tuning, and GPU cluster products
- Work with engineers, product managers, and researchers to explain new features
- Use AI tools for drafting, editorial review, and publishing
- Test documented features by running code and file bugs
- Draft, review, and publish documentation using Git, pull requests, code review, and Mintlify
- Contribute to release notes and changelog entries
- Use page analytics, search data, and developer feedback to prioritize improvements
