About the Role
You will create accurate, plain-language documentation and learning content across written, video, and interactive formats. You will manage content freshness through product launches, plan an effective content calendar, improve findability, and use engagement and customer outcomes to refine content.
Requirements
- Portfolio of documentation, tutorials, courses, or product education across at least two formats, including written content
- Strong writing skills
- Storytelling skills across written, video, and interactive media
- Short-form video production skills
- Experience experimenting with content formats and using data and customer insights
- Ability to learn products quickly and explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to measure outcomes including deflection, activation, self-service success, and CSAT
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Create documentation and learning content
- Maintain the content lifecycle through product launches and freshness reviews
- Produce learning experiences across written, video, and interactive formats
- Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Improve content findability through titles, tags, and structure
- Measure engagement, self-service resolution, deflection, and CSAT
- Maintain a consistent voice across documentation and learning content
