About the Role

You will turn established briefs into published technical content. You will write comparison, migration, integration, and explainer pages; interview engineers; read code and documentation; create customer case studies; edit freelance work; coordinate reviews; and evaluate content using defined metrics and experiments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years writing technical content for developers or technical products
• Portfolio demonstrating clear and accurate technical writing
• Technical fluency to read code, understand APIs, and interview engineers
• Editorial judgment for technically complex subjects
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces and meet publishing cadence
• Comfort with feedback, measurement, and performance-based iteration
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office or remotely with strong team overlap

Responsibilities

• Move prioritized content from draft through technical review to publication
• Write comparison, migration, and integration pages
• Interview engineers and translate documentation and code into explainers
• Produce customer case studies and manage approvals
• Edit specialist freelance work for accuracy and usefulness
• Ship content against defined hypotheses, metrics, and review dates
• Build a predictable technical review process
• Track publishing cadence, accuracy, turnaround time, and throughput
