About the Role
You will own a self-service content engine, including the knowledge base, configuration guides, lifecycle email content, and documentation workflow. You will prioritize content using ticket and engagement data, create and maintain guides in a docs-as-code workflow, measure ticket deflection and adoption, and revise or retire underperforming content.
