About the Role
You will translate complex AI research into accurate, accessible content for diverse audiences. You will create scientific communications, develop content strategies, support grant proposals, prepare event materials, and adapt technical information for stakeholders in English and French.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing, scientific communication, research communications, or a related field
- Experience in research, academic, scientific, or highly technical environments
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Knowledge of large language models, deep learning, model evaluation, AI safety, high-performance computing, and GPU infrastructure
- Exceptional writing and editing skills
- Professional proficiency in French
- Exceptional written English
- Ability to create and adapt content in English and French
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand projects and research outcomes
- Translate AI and machine learning concepts into accessible content
- Produce blog posts, research summaries, white papers, newsletters, website content, social media content, briefings, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure scientific accuracy for audiences with different technical expertise
- Identify research milestones and communication opportunities
- Develop content ideas and communication strategies
- Repurpose research outputs across formats and channels
- Support grant proposals and research funding applications
- Draft technical proposal sections on research programs, infrastructure, GPU requirements, methodologies, and outcomes
- Prepare conference materials, presentations, posters, and outreach documentation
