You will create, update, and maintain Help Center and Academy content. You will coordinate launch documentation, produce self-service resources and video scripts, support webinars, analyze content performance, and ensure customer-facing policies are accurate.

- Write, update, and maintain Help Center articles
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to publish launch documentation
- Audit Help Center content for accuracy and discoverability
- Create self-service FAQs, quick-start guides, and troubleshooting flows
- Draft scripts for Academy tutorials, walkthroughs, and course modules
- Support Academy content production and publishing
- Build and maintain templates, prompt guides, and project starters
- Support office hours, webinars, and live Q&A sessions
- Track content performance and identify gaps
- Work with legal to accurately reflect policies and terms
