About the Role

You will identify and manage referral partners, lead external events, onboard partners and business introducers, and acquire new customers through external channels. You will use data and market insights to develop campaigns, monitor industry developments, and ensure that sales, account-opening, KYC, and compliance activities follow applicable policies and regulations.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree, preferably in business, marketing, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholder-management skills.
  • Have at least five years of experience.
  • Demonstrate strong business and marketing knowledge.
  • Possess sound knowledge of banking products.
  • Speak Cantonese, Mandarin, and English fluently.

Responsibilities

  • Source, identify, and engage external partners for business referrals.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships.
  • Lead and support offsite and roadshow events as required.
  • Onboard partners and business introducers according to policies and procedures, including KYC and CDD requirements.
  • Acquire new Treasures customers through partners and external channels.
  • Ensure account opening complies with policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data and customer insights to develop relevant activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and respond to market changes.
  • Track industry and regulatory developments and align business strategy accordingly.
  • Follow banking policies, standards, operating procedures, security requirements, and internal controls.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and codes of conduct covering licensing, fitness and properness, KYC, FNA, anti-money laundering, and documentation completeness.
  • Comply with registered-capacity requirements and conditions imposed by the HKMA and other regulatory bodies, including applicable SFC requirements.
