About the Role

You will acquire merchant and corporate accounts, build relationships with key decision-makers, lead sales cycles from pitching through onboarding and closing, and develop solutions for client needs. You will track sales performance, identify growth opportunities, resolve client concerns, collaborate across business functions, and monitor market and competitor developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration finance or a related discipline is preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in banking fintech payments blockchain or digital assets is preferred
  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets acquiring strategic clients and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication relationship-building presentation and commercial negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Interest in innovation and emerging financial technologies
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
