About the Role
You will partner with sales to demonstrate the platform, scope high-value customer use cases, and configure custom LLM agents. You will own technical evaluations from customized demos through pilots, onboard prospects, share customer feedback with product and engineering, and educate customers on generative AI.
Requirements
- Experience in technical and customer-facing roles
- Experience helping customers realize value from sophisticated software products
- Experience conducting technical demonstrations
- Communication and presentation skills for technical and business stakeholders
- Understanding of API concepts
- Understanding of generative AI prompt engineering
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- AI/ML, generative AI, LLM, productivity tools, knowledge management, workflow automation, or coding experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to articulate the value proposition
- Deliver product demonstrations to technical and business stakeholders
- Identify high-value customer use cases
- Create and configure custom LLM agents
- Own technical evaluations from customized demos through pilots
- Onboard prospects and drive pilot use cases to completion
- Represent customer feedback to Product and Engineering
- Maintain expertise in API capabilities and prompt engineering
- Educate customers on generative AI
