About the Role
You will advise government agencies, educational institutions and nonprofits on technical and financial solutions. You will conduct discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, design secure solutions using APIs and ERP integrations, support compliance alignment, guide RFPs and proposals, collaborate on product priorities, and help ensure successful post-sale implementation.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture
- Strong background in financial systems, accounting workflows and ERP integrations
- Expertise with API integrations, SFTP configurations and security protocols
- Experience supporting public sector organizations
- Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance frameworks
- Ability to influence and present to executive stakeholders
- Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales or adoption cycles
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, finance or a related field
- Familiarity with federal and state procurement frameworks
- Experience with government financial systems
- Programming familiarity with Python, SQL or Java
- Cloud platform knowledge
- Project management certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and workflow discovery
- Deliver customized product demonstrations
- Design secure and scalable public sector solutions
- Collaborate with Account Executives on complex sales cycles
- Align solutions with FedRAMP, SOC 2, HIPAA and CJIS requirements
- Lead technical evaluations and respond to RFPs
- Build ROI analyses
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Compliance
- Share public sector customer insights
- Partner with Customer Success on implementations
- Participate in industry events, conferences and customer workshops
