About the Role
You will independently manage complex customer engagements from pre-sales evaluation through onboarding and production. You will provide technical direction on the Data and AI Platform, build reusable AI-augmented workflows, advise multiple customers at once, and set a high standard for customer guidance.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of AI-driven development using Python or SQL
- Understanding of data analytics and data engineering workflows
- Written and verbal Korean and English proficiency
- Communication, relationship management, time management, and prioritization skills
