About the Role
You will build pipeline, lead customer discovery, qualify business needs, and guide opportunities through commercial close. You will co-design workflow solutions, develop business cases and adoption plans, coordinate specialists, navigate procurement and security reviews, and manage expansion and renewal strategy after signature.
Requirements
- Commercial ownership and pipeline-generation experience
- Technical fluency to demo, co-design, and troubleshoot software with customers
- AI fluency
- Discovery, qualification, workflow mapping, and value-articulation skills
- Ability to lead multi-stakeholder customer engagements
- Ability to navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles
Responsibilities
- Build target-account plans and generate qualified pipeline with BDRs
- Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, and align stakeholders
- Shape solutions, business cases, and commercial decisions through close
- Navigate proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security reviews
- Map workflows and co-build customer solutions in Notion
- Define solution scope, success criteria, and implementation paths
- Coordinate BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists
- Guide adoption, expansion strategy, and renewal planning
- Identify customer risks and expansion opportunities
