About the Role
Manage relationships with VIP clients in the CIS region, serve as their primary contact, expand existing accounts, support product inquiries, manage VIP upgrades and configurations, grow revenue, contribute to regional strategies, support product development, participate in marketing activities, and analyze competitors and market trends.
Requirements
- Account management experience in cryptocurrency, finance, FX, or a related field
- Client management skills
- Project management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of trading systems and API is a plus
- Ability to travel for business
- English fluency
- Native Russian fluency
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for actively trading VIP clients
- Expand relationships with existing customers
- Support users with product offerings and VIP structures
- Offer and manage VIP upgrades and product configurations
- Drive revenue growth from trusted accounts
- Contribute to regional strategies and action plans
- Support Product and Engineering product development activities
- Participate in regional marketing activities and business events
- Monitor competitor activity and analyze market trends
