About the Role
You will join a growing team as a Business Development Manager focused on crypto derivatives, bringing 4-7 years of relevant experience. You'll navigate the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, attend industry events, and proactively seek new clients to generate business opportunities. Fluency in English and Russian is required since you'll cover Russian speaking markets within the CIS region. You should be based in Europe and will collaborate closely with teams based in Hong Kong and Singapore.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of proven business development or sales experience preferably within crypto derivatives
- Fluency in both English and Russian
- Strong understanding of the crypto derivatives market and related products
- Experience navigating the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach to potential clients
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market
- Proactively source identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls emails and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space
- Stay up to date with industry trends competitor offerings and market changes
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and prospecting to closing deals and onboarding
- Attend and represent the company at key industry events and conferences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing product and compliance
- Regularly report on sales activities performance metrics and progress toward targets
