About the Role
You will lead N3XT's expansion into the US and Latin American markets, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Growth. As a high-autonomy, bilingual hunter with a systems-oriented mindset, you'll bridge the gap between US banking infrastructure and Latam business needs, driving the company's referral engine across the shipping, payroll, and crypto sectors. You'll run multi-channel outreach campaigns, architect the Latam strategy by attending trade shows and pitching CFOs, build a systematic referral flywheel, own the full lifecycle of industry events, design bespoke sales enablement materials tailored to the LAC region, and maintain the sales stack and CRM to track and refine the acquisition playbook.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Ops, or Fintech
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to operate in a high-growth high-stakes environment
- Experience navigating CRM and sales process systems
Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies to engage mid-tier firms and institutional players
- Lead Latam market expansion by attending regional trade shows and pitching CFOs
- Implement the referral flywheel process to turn clients into advocates
- Own the full lifecycle of industry trade shows from pre-event meetings to post-event onboarding
- Design Referral Kits and Latam Pitch Decks tailored to the LAC region
- Maintain and optimize the sales stack and CRM to track leading indicators
