Senior New Business & Partnerships Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

About the Role

You will generate new business opportunities and lead sales engagements across global markets. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to client launch and handover. You will understand client needs, present the product value, negotiate agreements, and forecast revenue. You will use CRM to manage pipeline, track metrics, and report progress. You will identify emerging market opportunities, gather market intelligence, and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and long-term client success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of proven success in business development
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with process improvement and cross functional alignment
  • Experience selling SaaS or API products is a plus
  • Background in crypto or web3 is a plus
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or HubSpot is an advantage
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to client launch
  • Prospect and generate qualified leads
  • Qualify leads and develop strategies to close high-quality opportunities
  • Convey product value and address customer pain points to stakeholders and decision makers
  • Forecast sales revenue and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Use CRM to track lead activities and report conversion metrics
  • Represent product offerings with a deep understanding of APIs
  • Identify emerging markets and monitor competitor activity
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships for upsell opportunities
  • Coordinate handover to Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure client success
  • Drive cross functional projects to improve the client journey
