About the Role

You will source, structure, negotiate, and launch strategic partnerships. You will lead technical discussions on APIs and integrations, shape commercial agreements, create implementation plans, and translate partner feedback into product specifications. You will also build repeatable partnership packages, playbooks, templates, and onboarding frameworks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships and business development
• Experience scaling consumption-based or usage-based partnership models in API platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure companies
• API platform, developer tooling, and cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Experience with integration architecture, authentication patterns, provisioning, key management, and data flows
• Commercial and legal acumen for complex agreements
• Experience with data governance, SLAs, consumption economics, and technical integration commitments

Responsibilities

• Analyze the AI and ML ecosystem to identify priority partners and opportunities
• Represent the business in discussions with prospective partners
• Lead technical conversations on account models, APIs, and integration architecture
• Shape revenue-share, usage-based, and per-seat commercial structures
• Create feature and product specifications from partner feedback
• Build partnership packages, playbooks, and templates
• Negotiate partnership agreements covering integrations, data privacy, GTM commitments, and commercial structure
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal on partner integrations and initiatives
