About the Role
In this role, you will configure and maintain identity, endpoint, and SaaS platforms including Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare. You will evaluate tooling, manage procurement and vendor contracts, support IT Operations, lead projects independently, participate in an IT on-call rota, and provide operational support as needed.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT engineering or a similar technical role
- Knowledge of modern IT stacks in regulated environments
- Experience with SaaS identity and endpoint platforms
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts
- Ability to work autonomously and complete projects with minimal senior management input
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small high-ownership team
- Experience in financial services or crypto or digital assets
- Familiarity with Okta Jamf Google Workspace or Cloudflare Zero Trust
- Experience with ITSM or change tooling such as JSM
- Professional proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain IT systems across the organisation
- Source and evaluate new tooling
- Run vendor assessments and manage procurement
- Manage vendor contracts including renewals terms costs and negotiations
- Act as the main contact for vendor account and contract matters
- Translate IT Operations needs into system configuration and tooling decisions
- Run projects autonomously and keep senior management informed
- Participate in an IT on-call rota
- Support IT Operations as needed
