About the Role
Own and improve identity, endpoint, SaaS, and internal productivity systems. Automate support processes, manage Okta and Apple device configurations, evaluate AI tooling, support company-wide platforms, manage SaaS procurement, participate in on-call rotations, and partner with Engineering, Security, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years supporting a large fleet of macOS devices
- Mobile device management for Apple devices such as Iru, Intune, or Workspace One
- Configuration as code, such as Terraform
- Bash or Python scripting
- Experience leveraging Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools
- Experience using and managing major central business and development systems
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Slack
- Experience with Linear, Jira, or other ticketing platforms
Responsibilities
- Own and improve Okta configuration, lifecycle policies, access reviews, MFA enforcement, and Workflows automation
- Manage Apple endpoint configuration through Iru or Kandji using policy-as-code and version-controlled configurations
- Build and maintain automation to reduce repetitive support work
- Evaluate, deploy, and support AI tooling
- Manage SaaS procurement and renewals
- Own and support Google Workspace, Linear, Slack, and Okta
- Partner with Engineering, Security, and go-to-market teams
- Work from the office three days per week
- Participate in an on-call rotation
