About the Role
You will automate IT operations across identity, devices, SaaS, networking, and access reviews. You will build AI agents for onboarding, access requests, lost devices, and application provisioning; administer AI tools; create self-service tooling and workflows; configure integrations; and oversee DNS, domains, and email deliverability.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT engineering corporate engineering or platform IT
- Experience with identity management MDM SaaS lifecycle and zero-trust networking
- Proficiency with Okta Entra Jamf Intune Kandji Tailscale Cloudflare and Google Workspace
- Ability to write production code in Python TypeScript or Go
- Experience securing AI agents and LLM tooling
- Experience building internal developer or employee portals is a bonus
- Experience running IT through rapid organisational growth is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Optimise identity devices SaaS networking and access reviews
- Build AI agents for tier-one and tier-two IT requests
- Administer and optimise AI tools
- Build and maintain internal self-service IT tooling
- Replace runbooks with automated workflows
- Configure integrations and build templates
- Oversee DNS records domain strategy and email deliverability
