About the Role
You will design, build, optimize, and maintain cloud platform infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code solutions. You will develop CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes environments, implement self-service developer tooling, establish observability standards, collaborate across development and operations, mentor engineers, and maintain documentation.
Requirements
- 4+ years of cloud infrastructure engineering experience
- Experience designing and administering platforms across AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Knowledge of cloud networking including VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateways, BGP, and OSPF
- Experience with Terraform or Ansible
- Experience with AWX, Ansible Tower, or Terragrunt
- Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Go
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and compliance
- Kubernetes administration experience across on-premises and cloud environments
- Experience with EKS, AKS, or GKE
- Knowledge of Kubernetes networking, RBAC, pod security, Istio, and Docker
- Experience with Backstage, Artifactory, Nexus, API gateways, or self-service tools
- Experience with Honeycomb, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Understanding of microservices, DNS, load balancing, and traffic management
- Proficiency with Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
