About the Role
You will build and operate cloud and on-premises infrastructure that powers products. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, automate infrastructure with Terraform, Helm, and Ansible, support CI/CD systems, maintain self-hosted runners, develop Go tooling, operate observability platforms, improve reliability, and collaborate on security and compliance readiness.
Requirements
- Strong experience running Kubernetes
- Hands-on infrastructure as code experience with Terraform preferred
- Cloud experience with AWS preferred
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
- Experience with virtualization technologies especially Proxmox is highly valued
- Experience with observability and alerting stacks
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters in AWS and on-premises environments
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform Helm and Ansible through GitHub Actions
- Participate in the on-call rotation and improve system reliability
- Identify root causes and prevent recurring incidents
- Operate colocation networking storage compute and Proxmox virtualization
- Support CI/CD integrations and maintain shared GitHub Actions
- Operate self-hosted CI/CD runners
- Build and maintain Go tooling for platform engineering
- Operate and tune Prometheus Alertmanager Grafana and Loki
- Maintain alerting rules routing and dashboards
- Design scalable secure and observable systems
- Support audit readiness security scanning and infrastructure hardening
