About the Role
You will design and implement cloud and hybrid cloud architectures for latency-sensitive workloads. You will monitor distributed systems, develop orchestration tooling for cloud resources and network configurations, and build backend systems for collecting and querying performance metrics. You will also automate infrastructure, apply security-first practices, and collaborate across technology teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services
- Deep knowledge of AWS networking and compute services including EC2 VPC and Direct Connect
- Knowledge of AWS services and IAM
- Experience with Terraform for cloud infrastructure and compute and networking resources
- Experience with Docker Kubernetes and Cisco devices
- Knowledge of DNS DHCP TCP/IP routing switching HTTP and major routing protocols
- Understanding of Linux systems and the Linux network stack
- Strong Bash scripting and Python programming skills
- Experience with serverless cloud orchestration
- Experience with modern AI coding agents
- Ability to apply security policies and best practices
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience building data pipelines for structured data
- Experience with Cisco routing and switching hardware
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with a compiled language preferably Go or C++
- Experience with Linux kernel bypass techniques such as DPDK
Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud and hybrid cloud architectures
