About the Role
You will lead DevOps engineers and manage their projects while designing building and operating secure scalable infrastructure. You will improve infrastructure practices enable self service capabilities reduce manual work resolve performance issues and mentor team members. You will also contribute hands on to projects and security improvements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience leading a DevOps team
- At least 5 years of DevOps experience in a SaaS environment
- At least 5 years of experience with AWS or Azure
- At least 10 years of experience in DevOps or similar high tech roles
- Proficiency in Linux command line Git and CI
- Experience with Ansible Chef or Puppet
- Experience with Datadog Prometheus or Grafana
- Experience with GitOps methodology and supporting tools
- Experience with GitLab Pipelines
- Experience creating AI based agents and skills
- Strong system level troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
