Skills

About the Role

You will grow the ecosystem building on the XRP Ledger and accelerate real-world adoption of Ripple's crypto solutions, focusing on startups and founders while working through VCs, accelerators, and corporate partners. You will source and build a high-quality pipeline, own tier-one relationships, and map end-to-end value chains across cross-border payments, stablecoins, lending, and institutional use cases. You will own deals end to end, from first conversation to signed grants, partnerships, or investments, designing terms that align incentives and drive adoption. You will sharpen value propositions, turn market signals and regulatory developments into recommendation-forward narratives, and partner with Product, Engineering, BD, Corp Dev, DevRel, and Go-to-Market teams to influence the product roadmap. You will do all of this with real autonomy, focusing on strategic markets including Latin America.
