About the Role

You will review and negotiate inbound and outbound commercial agreements with customers and suppliers. You will manage contract templates and negotiation playbooks, improve sales-contracting processes, create scalable legal support processes, and train go-to-market colleagues on practical legal guidance.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the United States
• 7+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience
• Experience negotiating contracts at a SaaS company or law firm serving technology clients
• Experience contracting with large enterprise companies and strategic partners
• Knowledge of privacy, intellectual property, or AI-specific legal issues
• Experience with contract management tools
• Knowledge of legal operations, project management, and CLM tools
• Experience with Asana, Salesforce, or LinkSquares

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate inbound and outbound commercial contracts

• Develop and manage contract templates and negotiation playbooks

• Create scalable processes for supporting internal stakeholders
