About the Role

You will advise on AI, data privacy, security, infrastructure, and enterprise legal risks; develop contract templates and playbooks; support cross-functional deals; and translate changing regulatory requirements into practical contractual and policy guidance.

Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements
- Provide practical, business-aligned legal counsel that supports deal velocity and risk management
- Advise on legal risks across AI infrastructure, compute, partnerships, and enterprise deployments
- Advise on AI-specific legal considerations, including data use, retention, training restrictions, output liability, and regulations
- Build and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and self-service legal workflows
- Partner with product, engineering, security, finance, and compliance stakeholders to address legal risk
- Monitor enterprise AI and SaaS regulations and translate requirements into contractual and policy guidance
