About the Role
You will lead strategy, negotiation, and execution for complex enterprise agreements. You will partner with sales and cross-functional stakeholders on deal structure, risk, commercial policies, privacy, go-to-market initiatives, templates, playbooks, scalable workflows, and legal training.
Requirements
- JD or equivalent U.S. law degree
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8+ years of commercial legal experience supporting SaaS technology companies
- Experience leading complex enterprise technology transactions
- Experience with AI, data protection, privacy laws, information security terms, and technology contracting
- Drafting, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex matters and competing priorities
- Experience improving legal processes and scalable contracting resources
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of complex enterprise B2B agreements
- Partner with sales leadership on deal structuring, risk assessment, and negotiation strategy
- Resolve commercial and operational issues with cross-functional teams
- Develop and improve form agreements and negotiation playbooks
- Develop scalable legal workflows and processes
- Support global expansion, privacy-by-design, and security-by-design initiatives
- Deliver legal and regulatory training to business teams
