About the Role
You will supervise EMEA commercial legal work, coordinate the team, and support escalations. You will develop legal resources, draft and update contracts, negotiate with suppliers, partners, and customers, translate AI regulatory developments into contract changes, and train the business on legal, compliance, and contract-negotiation matters.
Requirements
- Master's degree in law
- 8 to 10 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in a technology or AI-focused environment involving contract negotiation
- Understanding of AI technologies and applications
- Knowledge of data privacy, intellectual property, contract law, liability, regulation, and compliance
- Analysis of legal and technical issues related to AI
- Written and verbal communication
Responsibilities
- Supervise the EMEA commercial legal team
- Monitor cases and support escalations and decision-making
- Develop structural legal resources for commercial and procurement stakeholders
- Draft, update, and advise on contracts and AI-related service agreements
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholders
- Translate AI legal and regulatory developments into contract adaptations
- Train and support the business on AI legal, compliance, and contract-negotiation matters
