About the Role
You will negotiate and advise on commercial transactions across EU-focused go-to-market deals. You will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements; provide practical legal advice; support cross-border transactions; and develop scalable legal operations, templates, playbooks, and approval workflows.
Requirements
- 7+ years of legal experience, including commercial transactions in the technology sector
- Experience negotiating complex technology agreements, including software licensing, API and platform deals, data and content agreements, and partnership contracts
- Experience supporting EU commercial deals and cross-border transactions
- Drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify material issues and communicate them clearly to non-lawyers
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and provide practical, deal-enabling legal advice
- Support EU commercial transactions and advise on German corporate law
- Contribute to compliance and legal operations initiatives
- Develop and maintain legal frameworks, contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows
