Responsibilities

• Manage patent and trademark portfolio workflows, docketing, filing coordination, deadlines, maintenance, and reporting
• Support trade-secret protection and open-source compliance review
• Administer copyright registrations, recordation, and portfolio records
• Manage intake and triage for invention disclosures, trademark clearances, and other IP matters
• Manage outside counsel, matter budgets, accruals, invoices, and billing systems
• Run the patent rewards program
• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications and coordinate foreign filings
• Conduct preliminary trademark clearance searches and coordinate office-action responses
• Manage domain-name, online brand-protection, and takedown programs
• Conduct portfolio analysis and competitive landscape monitoring
• Support commercial contract and litigation matters
• Maintain and improve IP file-management systems, trackers, dashboards, workflows, and templates
• Use AI tools for docketing, disclosure intake, prior-art gathering, and portfolio reporting
