About the Role

This role will identify and lead strategic business opportunities with game developers, publishers, and payment partners in Korea. It will build partner relationships, drive revenue growth, lead negotiations, provide consultative support, analyze markets and competitors, represent Xsolla at industry events, communicate its value proposition, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships
  • At least 5 years in the payments and/or gaming industry
  • Experience influencing senior decision-makers at Korean game studios and publishers
  • Understanding of digital payments and Korean market dynamics
  • Monetization strategies and an industry network across gaming and fintech ecosystems
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex, high-value deals
  • Korean and English communication skills
  • Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, CRM, and project management platforms
  • Cross-border payment infrastructure and compliance frameworks
  • KPI definition and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel within Korea and internationally, up to 30%
