About the Role
You will acquire and manage SME asset relationships, cross-sell banking products, and achieve revenue targets. You will conduct due diligence, prepare account plans, monitor portfolios and risks, ensure timely renewals, meet KYC and AML requirements, provide reporting, and build local market relationships.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience
- 2–3 years of SME or Business Banking lending sales experience
- 2–3 years of working-capital sales and service experience
- Asset-business sales experience in SME or Business Banking
- Competitor and marketplace knowledge
- SME market knowledge
- Finance, economics, or commerce degree, MBA, or CA

Responsibilities
- Acquire new SME asset relationships in line with lending policy
- Cross-sell asset, trade, cash, and treasury products
- Achieve individual revenue targets
- Conduct due diligence for new asset relationships
- Prepare account plans with revenue potential, risks, and mitigants
- Monitor portfolios and report early-warning signals
- Ensure timely account renewals
- Ensure credit covenants and conditions are met
- Comply with KYC and AML requirements
- Provide management information reporting
- Build relationships with local business stakeholders
- Report material business opportunities and customer risks
