About the Role
You will advise and inform customers, sell banking services and products, build client relationships, process cash and non-cash transactions, manage customer accounts, and help resolve complaints.
Requirements
- At least VI/1-level education in economics or a comparable field with two years of relevant experience, or V-level education with at least five years of relevant experience
- Sales orientation and interest in customer work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- At least one license for fund marketing, insurance intermediation, or consumer real-estate lending
- Active Slovenian and English language skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office in Windows
