About the Role
You will drive new client acquisition through marketing campaigns networking referrals events and partnerships. You will engage clients to improve retention and trading activity guide platform feature adoption manage account-related matters provide platform education gather feedback and support client activation deposits and ongoing trading participation.
Requirements
- Native-level Spanish
- High level of English
- High level of Portuguese is advantageous
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role
- Customer- and sales-oriented approach
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt communication style to different client profiles and situations
- Experience or knowledge of financial markets investing or cryptocurrencies is advantageous
- Proficiency with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition through marketing campaigns networking referrals events and partnerships
- Engage clients to improve retention and trading activity
- Identify client needs and guide adoption of relevant platform features and products
- Drive client activation deposits and ongoing trading participation
- Act as the primary contact for client engagement platform usage and account-related matters
- Provide platform education and non-advisory product guidance
- Gather client feedback and contribute insights to improve products and services
