About the Role
You will manage and grow a portfolio of active trading clients, drive client acquisition and retention, guide platform and product adoption, support client activation and trading participation, coordinate client support, gather feedback, and ensure compliant client interactions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in fintech brokerage or CFD/FX trading platforms
- Experience preferably in Singapore
- Proven success in B2C and B2B business development
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication of complex financial concepts
- Data-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret client activity metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow high-activity CFD trading clients in Singapore
- Drive new client acquisition through marketing campaigns, networking, referrals, industry events, and partnerships
- Engage clients to improve retention and trading activity
- Identify client needs and guide adoption of platform features and products
- Drive client activation, deposits, and ongoing trading participation
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement and account-related matters
- Provide platform education and non-advisory product guidance
- Gather client feedback
- Maintain documentation of client communications and engagement activities
- Ensure client interactions comply with policies and regulatory requirements
