About the Role
You'll establish trust and build strong relationships with Israeli Defence and Central Government stakeholders, tailoring your sales approach to meet their needs, and evangelising Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way. You'll measure your success by attainment of assigned quota, accuracy of forecasting, and the growth of accounts in the region. You'll navigate complex sales cycles, build a calculated account plan, and enjoy the thrill of closing a deal while working closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history in a previous B2G SaaS sales role
- Proven sales experience and trusted relationships with government agencies and/or Ministry of Defense and/or financial regulators in Israel
- Solid understanding of the procurement systems of Israeli Gov Agencies and/or financial regulators within Israel
- Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills and can convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way
- Track record in both new business development, delivering accurate sales forecast and strategic & tactical account development
- A passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in Blockchains
- Willing to travel for identifying and building sales growth
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
- Experience with Financial Intelligence, OSINT, Terrorism Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies is a nice to have
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology is advantageous but not required
Responsibilities
- Establish trust and build strong relationships with Israeli Government customers substantially increasing our foothold through a well-executed strategic sales plan
- Evangelise Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way
- Help develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more
- Work closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within your customer base
- Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting, ensuring precise and reliable predictions to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth
- Consistently use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to meet and exceed sales goals
