About the Role

You will lead EMEA sales for mission-driven organizations while personally closing complex deals. You will build a regional team, develop sales strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, gather product feedback, refine regional sales practices, ensure GDPR compliance, and travel across EMEA and to San Francisco.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B sales experience in nonprofit technology, EdTech, or social impact sectors
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with nonprofits, INGOs, foundations, or educational institutions
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams
  • Understanding of nonprofit or education sector operations
  • Ability to navigate trustees, executive directors, program officers, and procurement committees
  • Knowledge of GDPR and UK data protection
  • Experience exceeding revenue targets and managing an evolving pipeline
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to travel within EMEA up to 30% and to San Francisco quarterly
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience

Responsibilities

  • Win new business and drive revenue among EMEA mission-driven organizations
  • Build and lead a regional sales team supporting EMEA customers
  • Design and execute sales strategies for nonprofit, foundation, and regulatory contexts
  • Navigate stakeholder ecosystems to build consensus
  • Develop relationships with EMEA nonprofit, education, and implementation partners
  • Gather user feedback to inform product roadmaps and regional requirements
  • Refine EMEA sales methodology, playbooks, templates, and best practices
  • Ensure sales activities comply with GDPR and UK GDPR
  • Coordinate with San Francisco-based teams across time zones
  • Shape team processes and culture as the organization scales
