About the Role

You will lead a team of Territory Account Executives managing fintech accounts. You will coach expansion and new-logo opportunities, develop account strategies, grow multi-product relationships, manage pipeline and revenue targets, recruit talent, address performance, and support strategic deals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS or platform and infrastructure sales experience
  • Meaningful fintech payments or financial services experience
  • 5+ years of frontline sales management experience
  • Experience leading quota-carrying account executive teams
  • Track record coaching account executives on $100K–$500K+ ARR accounts
  • Experience with net-new logo acquisition
  • Strong pipeline and forecast data discipline
  • Cross-functional influencing ability
  • Outstanding communication and executive presence
  • Experience managing sales cycles from technical champion to C-suite buyer
  • Coaching-first leadership style
  • API-first or developer-focused product experience is a plus
  • Consumption-based or usage-based pricing experience is a plus
  • Open banking identity verification or payments infrastructure experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage 5–7 Territory Account Executives
  • Coach account executives on expansion and new-logo opportunities
  • Build account strategies and executive value messaging
  • Drive multi-product adoption and executive relationships
  • Manage consumption-based revenue targets through pipeline operating rhythms
  • Develop sales talent through one-to-ones deal reviews and coaching
  • Recruit and assess exceptional account executive talent
  • Set performance expectations and address performance issues
  • Collaborate with Marketing Product Account Management Legal and Commercial teams
  • Coach strategic deals while preserving account executive ownership
