About the Role
You will design and operate GTM onboarding, development, and role-specific training. You will build sales content, certification frameworks, and enablement tooling; facilitate recurring field sessions; use data to improve productivity; lead sales events; and expand programs as the organization scales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of GTM enablement, training, or revenue-focused experience
- Knowledge of enablement best practices and modern SaaS sales motions
- Program management

Responsibilities
- Build and scale GTM onboarding, development, and role-specific training programs
- Develop sales content, training, and certification frameworks
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate recurring enablement sessions
- Implement and optimize content, learning, and conversational AI tooling
- Use data to improve ramp, productivity, and attainment
- Lead Sales Kickoff and other field events
- Extend enablement programs and apply AI to improve their reach and effectiveness
