About the Role
You will lead global enablement for Sales representatives and SDRs. You will identify and prioritize enablement needs, manage the Sales Enablement team, and deliver programs such as onboarding and Sales Kickoff. You will partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership, support the Strategic Sales team, measure program effectiveness, and help sales organizations use AI tools effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of enablement leadership experience in a fast-paced organization selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Organizational skills and ability to bring structure to a fast-moving organization
- Experience managing complex projects and delivering them effectively
- Ability to build relationships with Sales and SDR stakeholders
- Curiosity about using AI to solve customer experience challenges
Responsibilities
- Prioritize competing enablement needs across product expertise, sales skills, and market dynamics
- Manage the Sales Enablement team and guide its future structure
- Drive ongoing enablement initiatives, including onboarding and Sales Kickoff
- Own enablement for the Strategic Sales team
- Deliver high-quality programs with measurable results
- Monitor and report on sales enablement effectiveness
- Partner with Sales Leadership
- Help sales organizations maximize cutting-edge AI tools
